We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, you can return it. This policy applies to consumers who buy on lusuromod.com and reflects your rights under European Union and Spanish consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). It does not limit any of your statutory rights.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision with a clear statement before the period ends — for example by sending a message through our contact form with your order number and the items you want to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

2. Sending the items back

  • Send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal. We will tell you the return address when you contact us.
  • Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, the direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you.
  • You may try items on as you would in a shop. Please return them unworn, unwashed, with labels attached and in their original packaging where possible. We may reduce the refund if the value of an item has diminished because it was handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items such as swimwear with a hygiene liner, underwear or earrings cannot be returned once the seal has been removed after delivery.

3. Your refund

  • We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (not any extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose), within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
  • The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

4. Faulty or incorrect items — legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. Under Spanish law you are entitled to a remedy if a product shows a lack of conformity within 3 years of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will offer a repair or replacement, or, where that is not possible, a price reduction or a full refund — and we cover the return costs for faulty or incorrect items.

5. Wholesale orders

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Purchases made by businesses through our wholesale programme are governed by the wholesale terms agreed with each partner.
