Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before you pay, together with the available shipping methods. The total price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes and shipping charges for your order.
Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Unless a different date is agreed, we deliver your order within 30 days of the purchase, as required by EU consumer law. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will contact you and you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Order confirmation and tracking
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your parcel is dispatched, we will email you the shipping details. You can check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page or in My Account.
Delivery
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct.
- Your parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered to you (or to a person you have designated).
- Please check your parcel on delivery. If it arrives damaged, or if anything is missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can resolve it.
Deliveries outside the European Union
For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
