These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made by consumers on lusuromod.com, the online store of LUSUROMOD, a fashion brand registered in the European Union and operated from Spain (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Products and information
We describe our products as accurately as possible, including materials, sizes and care instructions. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are offered while stock lasts.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it. If a product is shown at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we will contact you before processing the order.
3. Placing an order and contract
You can review and correct your order before confirming it. Your order is an offer to buy. After you place it you will receive an order confirmation by email; the contract is concluded when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or payment cannot be verified, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full. The contract is concluded in English; you can keep a copy of these terms by saving or printing this page.
4. Payment
Payment is made securely at checkout using the methods shown there. Card payments are processed by our payment service providers; we do not store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment has been authorised.
5. Delivery
Delivery is described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 30 days of your order. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. How to do this, the exceptions and how refunds work are explained on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Legal guarantee
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. Under Spanish law you may claim for any lack of conformity that appears within 3 years of delivery. Please contact us if a product is faulty or not as described.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Please tell us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
9. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the applicable law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where this is not permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property
LUSUROMOD is a registered trademark in the European Union. All content on this website — including the brand, logos, images and texts — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Wholesale customers
These terms apply to consumers. Business customers buying through our wholesale programme are subject to the wholesale terms agreed with LUSUROMOD.
13. Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction
If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we will do our best to resolve it quickly. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
